During your free consultation, we will discuss the unique features of our training programs and facilities, answer any of your questions and provide you with a tour of our facility.

Assessment

Once you have scheduled your initial assessment, you will be evaluated using our specific protocol based criteria, which also incorporates such measurements as body composition, muscular balance, and a functional movement assessment. The assessment will last approximately 1 and ½ hours.

Assessment Results

Once all of the data from your assessment is compiled, you will receive a printout with a detailed explanation of the findings and results of your assessment.
